While often completed during academic breaks, we’re flexible and can accommodate university curriculum requirements, allowing for extended durations if needed.

MANAGER IN TRAINING
The Manager-in-Training (MIT) Program is a vital bridge between the theoretical knowledge gained in hospitality management school and the day-to-day reality of working in a luxury hotel. Spanning 12 to 18 months, the program offers participants immersive, rotational experiences across two operational leadership roles within their chosen division.
In addition to hands-on experience, MITs receive comprehensive training in all aspects of leadership. They are assigned strategic projects, paired with a senior leadership mentor, and receive ongoing feedback throughout. This holistic approach ensures that MITs not only gain valuable operational skills but also develop the leadership capabilities necessary for success in our dynamic industry.
